Day at Sea

Cruisin' the Inside Passage Again

sunny 18 °C

Sailing through the Inside Passage today with our final full day of the cruise. No need to get up early - come to think of it...I did not set one alarm on this cruise! That's what holidays are for! After our leisurely breakfast, we found a good spot to play some cards, where I have continuously kicked my Mom's ass at Gin - lol.

We went to the World Stage at the front of the ship for an interactive show: A City on the Sea - a behind-the-scenes look at life on board, hosted by our Cruise Director and featured many department heads from around the ship and endless staff that make everything happen seamlessly.

Time to the Spa for one last time....ahhhhhh! Relax. I had to hot tub all to myself. Followed by sauna and refresh on the terrace to watch the waves go by.

Checked in for our flight while standing up on the deck watching the beauty scenery go by as we sailed back to Vancouver via the Inside Passage.

Final dinner was again really yummy! One more show in the World Stage and it was another good one! Jazz and Blues Singer, Meghan Murphy. What a great voice! Perfect way to end off another great adventure.

In the morning, we grabbed breakfast and walked off the ship with our luggage around 9:00 a.m. and hopped in an Uber for the airport ($50) for our flight back to Toronto.

I would definitely do another Alaskan cruise but I think we were spoiled with the amazing weather!
